Sunday Sound

Service Description

We will start with a short introduction about sound therapy, you will be offered Heart of Earth flower essences, aromatherapy and get cozied up on the floor and prepare ourselves to simply Be and Receive as you are bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments to bring you to a state of deep relaxation, balance, well-being and self integration. Important note! Bring yoga mat/sleeping bag, pillows for head and knees, eye covering and blanket for your comfort during the sound bath. We will be getting cozy on the floor so bring anything to keep you comfortable. I also recommend bringing water, and a journal if you'd like to write down any insights you may receive.
