Sound healing is an ancient and complementary therapy that uses sound from various instruments to create balance and harmony in the body. It is based on the idea that all matter has a vibration. Every cell in our body has a vibration.  Our vibration gets out of resonance through stress, trauma, injuries, daily life, etc.  Sound healing  instruments create vibrations that have a healing effect on the body, mind, and spirit, bringing all back into their ideal resonance. Sound healing is often used to reduce stress and anxiety, regulate our nervous system, improve sleep, reduce or eliminate pain, release stuck emotions, and boost overall wellbeing.  It can also enhance your meditation practice. 

You can experience sound healing in a couple different ways. A one-to-one sound healing session is a personalized experience that is tailored to meet your individual needs.  A group sound bath is a communal experience, where a group of people are experiencing the sounds together. Both options involve lying down in a comfortable position while I create healing sounds using crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments. 

**It's important to note that while many people find sound healing beneficial and enjoyable, it is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. It is considered a complementary practice that can work alongside conventional medical approaches to support overall health and well-being.  As with any holistic or alternative practice, the results and experiences of sound healing can vary from person to person.
