Sound Bath - Cozy's Lakeside

Service Description

Allow the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments to bring you to a state of deep relaxation. Ranee Biernat is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Founder of Heart of Earth, who will guide us through a journey of sounds and bring us to a state of well-being and self-integration. Important note! Bring yoga mat/sleeping bag, pillows for head and knees, eye covering and blanket for your comfort during the sound bath. We will be getting cozy on the floor so bring anything else to keep you comfortable - even a reclining camping chair! I also recommend bringing water, and a journal if you'd like to write down any insights you may receive. This sound bath will be held in the screened outdoor patio at the onsite restaurant - Cozy's Lakeside. If the weather allows, we may be outside under the trees!
