Full Moon Sound Bath - Monticello

New offering! The Full Moon is the height of energy of the lunar cycle. The energy during this time is that of connecting with gratitude for all that we have experienced, it can bring to light what we need to release in our life, and helps facilitate that release when we have consciously made those connections. During the New Moon Sound Bath earlier in the month, we set intentions of what we wanted to bring into our life. At this Full Moon Sound Bath, we will connect with gratitude and check in with what we are in need to release. Ranee will walk us through a connection exercise with sound, followed by a nourishing and releasing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments to bring us to a state of well-being and self-integration. Ranee is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner who will guide us through a journey of sound. . This is Part 2 of a 2 part series that includes a New Moon and Full Moon sound bath, intended to help us tie together and integrate the energy of these two important points in the lunar month. During the New Moon sound bath, we set our intentions on what we wanted to bring into our lives this next cycle/identified what we are ready to release (all private work). ***A separate registration for the New Moon Sound Bath is required. If you can only make one, that's okay! Register for what works with your schedule but I encourage you to experience both in the same lunar cycle, if possible. Grab a friend, spouse or partner for this special sound bath and don't forget to register for the New Moon Sound Bath! Bring yoga mat, pillows for head and knees, blanket and journal/pencil.
