Who's feeling stressed these days? A consistent, high level of stress can overstimulate our nervous system. (Think snapping at the kids, or wanting to shut down.) An overstressed nervous system can lead to a host of health challenges from anxiety to inflammation and more. So what do we do?
Our ancestors have used herbal bath teas to calm and relax the nervous system for thousands of years.
Our Sweet Peace Organic Herbal Bath Tea does just that. Chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, oat straw, and rose are combined to make a wonderfully relaxing herbal bath.
Will herbal baths solve your world's problems? No.
But they will offer you respite so you can unwind and reset to give your best to what you love.
Sweet Peace Organic Herbal Bath Tea
What is an herbal bath tea?
It's simply a tea you bathe in! Herbal baths were used by our ancestors for thousands of years. Our skin is our largest organ and absorbs what we put on it. When you soak in an herbal bath, you are absorbing the goodness the herbs offer.
Our Sweet Peace blend is specially formulated with herbs to promote relaxation and an amazingly sweet aroma.
How To Use
It's easy! Simply fill the muslin bag (included) with the herbs, tie it to the tub faucet and allow hot water to run through for a few minutes. Adjust the temperature to your liking. Drop the bag in the tub with you and relax for 20 minutes or more! When you're done, empty the contents and reuse the muslin bag for your next bath. (Please reference the detailed directions included on the product label.)
