Sleepy Time Organic Herbal Bath Tea

What is an herbal bath tea? 

It's simply a tea you bathe in!  Herbal baths were used by our ancestors for thousands of years.  Our skin is our largest organ and absorbs what we put on it.  When you soak in an herbal bath, you are absorbing the goodness the herbs offer. 

 

Our Sleepy Time blend is formulated with herbs to promote relaxation to help you fall asleep when you hit the hay.  We love this blend for kids too.

 

How to Use

It's easy!  Simply fill the muslin bag (included) with the herbs, tie it to the tub faucet and allow hot water to run through for a few minutes.  Adjust the temperature to your liking.  Drop the bag in the tub with you and relax for 20 minutes or more.  When you're done, empty the contents and reuse the muslin bag for your next bath. (Please reference the detailed directions included on the product label.)

Chamomile:  Helps calm nerves and aids in sleep.

 

English Lavender/Lavendin:  Helps relieve tension, and stress and has a calming effect. 

 

Lemon Balm:  Used traditionally to promote sleep.
