RE-CONNECTING HUMANS TO NATURE
It all started with an intriguing looking weed that was growing in a newly explored part of our backyard. After much research, it turned out to be Motherwort. And what!? It's medicinal? It helps stressed out Moms?!? I was hooked. A spark inside me went off. I studied herbalism, connected with plants, read herbal books, learned how to make effective herbal medicine. Most importantly, I learned how to more deeply connect with Nature, and found so much healing. Another spark. I wanted to be a guidepost on people's journey back to Nature by creating products that are seriously natural, organic, honor the Earth, that actually work. Host herbal events for locals. Share what I know to inspire people to bring herbs back into daily lives. Heart of Earth was born.

Meanwhile, my husband bought me a book about the science of sound healing, and I was absolutely fascinated! Another spark. I studied sound healing at Academy of Sound Healing, earning a Practitioner Level certificate after completing a year and a half program.. I am ever in gratitude for the powerful healing sound has given., and that I've had the privilege of being a part of.
I'm Mama to three and Nona to one. I'm much better at herbal gardening than vegetable. I buy way more books than I can read. I love helping people. My favorite thing is to snuggle my kids. And watch the sun set.
