  • This blend features tulsi, lemon balm, chamomile with a hint of rose and lavender.


    Tulsi is a tremendously versatile herb that helps with so many things from calming nerves, to digestion, to coughs. Lemon balm and chamomile are famous for their calming effect. Rose opens the heart, while lavender promotes relaxation.


    The tulsi, chamomile and lavender were organically grown, harvested and dried in St. Michael, MN. The lemon balm and rose are sourced from certified organic farms.


    Makes approximately 16 one tablespoon servings.

  • Bring 6 - 8 oz of water to a boil.  Place 1 tbsp herbs in tea strainer or tea ball and place in your favorite mug. Add water.  Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
